Porukam

Turns a spoken agreement into a clear contract and carries the deal through to settlement.

Open

What this is

Porukam is for the agreements people make without lawyers: a job, a sale, a rental, a loan between two people who may not know each other. You pick the kind of deal, answer questions in ordinary words, and get a contract. The work is then split into stages, and each stage carries its own checklist, its photos and its acceptance.

The platform is a witness, not a guarantor. It holds no money and takes no fee for signing — the settlement stays between the parties, and what Porukam keeps is the record: what was agreed, what was handed over, what was accepted and when. Photos, files and correspondence are sealed with trusted timestamps, and a signed contract changes only through an amendment both sides confirm. If it ever comes to a dispute, that record is what closes it.

Who it is for

  • Freelancers and clients working together for the first time
  • Private buyers and sellers who do not know each other
  • Small contractors who need the scope, the price and the dates on the record
  • Anyone lending something, or renting it out, to a person they barely know

How it works

  1. Pick the kind of deal — services, sale, rent or a loan — and answer questions in plain language. The contract comes out ready; there is no legal wording to write.
  2. Split the work into stages, each with a checklist of what has to be done.
  3. The contractor marks items done and attaches photos. The customer accepts the stage, or returns it with remarks. Both sides can see where the deal stands and whose move it is.
  4. An accepted stage is a stage to pay for. The settlement stays between the two of you, and the record shows what was accepted and when.

What is already there

  • Contracts assembled from plain questions — services, sale, rent, loans
  • Stages with checklist acceptance, photos attached to each one
  • Chat inside the deal
  • A signed contract that changes only through an amendment both sides confirm
  • Photos, files and correspondence sealed with trusted timestamps (RFC 3161)
  • Reputation assembled from completed deals, not from reviews anyone can write
  • No fee for signing, and the money never passes through the platform

In progress

  • Work under contract between businesses (B2B)
  • Creating a contract: picking the kind of deal and answering questions in plain language.
  • Milestone review: a checklist item with the photo attached to it, the hash recorded, and the buttons to accept or reject.
  • Signing: both sides see the final document before it is fixed.
  • A reputation card assembled from completed deals.
